# Crispy Fried Mushrooms
## Ingredient
### Ingredient A (Main Ingredient)
// 500 gr Oyster Mushrooms.
### Ingredient B (Coating)
* 300 gr or 20 tbsp. Bread flour
* 75 gr or 5 tbsp. Corn Starch.
* 50-60 gr or 3-4 tbsp. Rice Flour.
* 1 sachet of Broth Powder (Royco Chicken Broth Powder).
* 1 tsp. Salt.
* 1 tsp. Pepper Powder.
### Ingredient C (Dipping)
* 220 ml of Water.
* 3-4 tbsp. of the previous coating solution.
* Mix the 2 ingredients. Mix well but just to get it at normal texture. It shouldn’t be thick, but also not runny.
Set aside.
